MY STORY

Hello Family and Friends! Welcome to Samantha’s Pastries! My name is Samantha DeLisle! I am a local Pastry Chef in Des Plaines, Illinois. I produce industry standard pastries from my own home kitchen. The pastries I create can be enjoyed at birthday parties, holidays, showers, retirement parties, catered lunches, movie nights, barbecues or when you just need some sweets!

At Samantha’s Pastries, I use real, fresh ingredients from scratch! Everyone is welcome to my kitchen, so I also bake pastries with restrictions- food allergies, gluten-free, Celiac, vegan, any limitations!

My accredit comes from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. I graduated in 2014 with an Associate’s Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, and in 2018 I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. By my senior year at JWU, Chef Emeril Lagasse personally awarded me as one of his scholars. Throughout my professional career, I have worked from local bakeries in Chicago to the largest estate in America- the Biltmore Estate. I have a certificate in food safety and sanitation. I am a professional in my field, and I do it all from my home.
